Summary: Earnshaw is an experienced Freemason and the author of six books on Freemasonry (2 in Japanese). He is a neuroscientist and runs a medical device company
in Tokyo, as well as a suicide prevention NPO.
Earnshaw also lectures at the School of Social Science at Waseda (Wa-say-da) University and is a former professor of Asian Studies, Daito Bunka (Die-toe Boon-ka)
University, both in Tokyo.
Earnshaw is known for his groundbreaking research into a Chinese origin for modern Speculative Freemasonry that is based on Daoism, which he
calls "Spiritual
